Google review management · United Kingdom

You've got reviews sitting there with no reply.
Some of them are years old.

A real person answers every one of them — the whole backlog and every new review within 24 hours — written in your voice, not a bot's. You hand over manager access once and never think about it again.

Trades · restaurants · salons · dentists · garages · gyms · clinics — anyone too busy to be sat replying to reviews.

You'll never find out about a bad review by reading our reply to it.

Anything under 3 stars, we call or WhatsApp you first — before a single word goes live. You decide how we handle it. No software can do that.

The difference

Same review. Two very different businesses.

This is what a customer sees when they're deciding between you and the place down the road.

"Work was fine in the end but nobody told me they'd be two hours late. Would've been a five if someone had just picked up the phone."

No reply. Still sitting there 14 months later.

"Work was fine in the end but nobody told me they'd be two hours late. Would've been a five if someone had just picked up the phone."

Reply from the owner · 4 hours later

Danielle, that's a fair criticism and I'm sorry. Running late happens, not telling you doesn't — that's on us. We've changed how we handle it: you now get a text the moment a job overruns. Thanks for being straight with me, and I hope we get another go.

The second one doesn't just fix that customer. It's read by everyone deciding whether to call you — and it tells them exactly what you're like to deal with when something goes wrong.

How it works

Three steps, and then you forget about it

1

You give us manager access

Two minutes on your Google Business Profile. We never ask for your password, and you can remove us with two clicks whenever you like.

2

We learn how you talk

One short conversation about your business and how you'd want a customer spoken to. Formal, friendly, blunt — your call. Every reply gets written that way.

3

We clear the backlog, then keep up

Every review you've ever had gets answered. After that, new ones inside 24 hours. You do nothing — no logins, no approvals, no app to check.

Software gives you a draft. We give you a done job.

There are £12 tools that write review replies. They're good tools — but you still have to log in, read the draft and hit publish. Most owners stop doing that by week three, which is why their profile looks the way it does. We hold manager access and it's handled. You never open anything.

Not sure which one? Ask on WhatsApp — you'll get a straight answer, not a pitch.

Free week · no card

Your first week is free. We'll prove it on your own profile.

We take manager access, and within seven days we answer your 10 most recent reviews — live, in your voice, so you can see exactly what your customers see.

  1. Fill in the form below. Takes a minute.
  2. We set up and start writing — you'll see the first replies within 48 hours.
  3. On day six we message you. Happy? You start paying on day eight. Not happy? We remove our access and you keep the replies.

No card. Nothing to cancel. If you'd rather just ask a question first, WhatsApp is at the bottom right of this page.

The more you tell us about how you'd talk to a customer, the better the first replies will be.

We'll only ever use this to get in touch about your reviews. No lists, no spam, no sharing it with anyone.

S

Who you're actually dealing with

One person, in East London — and that's the point

I'm Syed. We Manage Reviews isn't a platform with a support queue, it's me and a small team, and when you message the WhatsApp number it's me reading it.

I'm taking on my first 10 clients at the founding rate. I'd rather have ten businesses I've done properly than a hundred I've half-done — and honestly, I need the results to show the next hundred. So you'll get more attention now than you would in a year's time, at a price that won't come back.

One thing worth saying: I don't take on everyone. No gambling or betting, no alcohol-led venues. If your business is one I wouldn't want my own name attached to, I'll tell you straight and point you elsewhere.

Questions

The things people ask before they say yes

What if I don't like what you write in my name?

Then we change it and rewrite it — it's your business and your name on it. In the first week we'll send you the replies before they go live so you can steer the tone. After that, anything under 3 stars still gets run past you every single time. The good ones we just get on with, and you can ask us to change any of them whenever you like.

Is it a bot writing these?

No. We use AI to draft quickly — everyone does, and pretending otherwise would be daft — but a person reads, rewrites and approves every reply before it publishes. That's the whole difference between us and a £12 tool. If a reply ever reads like a robot wrote it, we've failed and I want to know.

Do I have to give you my password?

Never. You add us as a manager on your Google Business Profile, which takes about two minutes and gives us permission to reply to reviews and nothing else. You can remove that access yourself at any time, without asking us.

How long does it take to set up?

Under 24 hours from you sending the form. We'll usually have your first replies live within 48.

What actually happens in the free week?

We answer your 10 most recent reviews, live on your profile. No card, nothing to cancel. On day six we'll message you — if you want to carry on, you start paying on day eight and we clear the rest of your backlog. If you don't, we remove our access and you keep every reply we wrote.

What if I've got 300 old reviews?

We still do the lot. It takes a bit longer — usually two to three weeks for a big backlog — and it doesn't cost extra. That's included in every plan.

Can I cancel?

Any time, no notice period and no exit fee. Message the WhatsApp number and it's done. There's no contract to get out of.

I've got more than 3 locations

Fine — Multi-Site covers 3 and extra locations are £49 each. If you've got a lot, message me and we'll work out something sensible rather than making you buy tiers you don't need.

Every day those reviews sit there, someone reads them and calls someone else.

Give us a week. Worst case, you get ten replies written for free and you never hear from us again.
