Terms of service

These terms cover the We Manage Reviews service, operated by SAL Digital Solutions Ltd ("we", "us"). By starting a free week or a paid plan you agree to them.

The service

We reply to reviews on your Google Business Profile in your tone of voice, as described in your chosen plan on our pricing page. We need manager access to your profile; we never need your password.

Negative reviews

We contact you before replying to any review under 3 stars. You're responsible for the facts you give us about your business and customers.

Free week

The free week needs no card. If you don't continue, we remove our access and the replies we've written stay on your profile.

Payment and cancellation

Plans are billed monthly in advance. There's no contract or notice period. Cancel any time and billing stops at the end of the current month. There are no setup fees.

Our rules

We follow Google's policies and UK consumer law, including the DMCC Act 2024. We won't write fake reviews, offer incentives for reviews, or selectively ask only happy customers. We may decline or end work with businesses in gambling, betting or alcohol-led sectors, or any business we can't represent in good conscience.

Liability

We take care with every reply, but we can't control Google's systems, ranking, review moderation or what customers write. Our total liability is limited to the fees you've paid us in the previous three months.
