Privacy notice

This notice explains what We Manage Reviews ("we", "us") does with your personal information. We Manage Reviews is operated by SAL Digital Solutions Ltd in East London, UK. Contact: contact@wemanagereviews.com.

What we collect

• Forms: when you request a free week, download templates or join a waitlist, we collect what you type: name, business name, email, phone number, business type, number of locations, your Google listing link and any notes.
• Messages: anything you send us by WhatsApp or email.
• Client work: as a manager on your Google Business Profile, we see your reviews and reviewers' public names, as anyone can.

Why and on what basis

• To reply to your enquiry and provide the service (contract, or steps before a contract).
• To send the download or updates you asked for (consent, which you can withdraw any time).
• To keep basic business records (legal obligation and legitimate interests).

Who we share it with

We use Formspree (form delivery), Google Workspace and Google Sheets (email and records), and WhatsApp (messaging). These providers process data for us under their own terms. We never sell your data or add you to marketing lists you didn't ask for.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that don't become clients: up to 12 months. Client records: for the length of the service plus 6 years for tax purposes.

Cookies

This site uses no tracking or advertising cookies. We store one small item in your browser to remember that you've dismissed the cookie notice.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, delete or move your data, or object to how we use it. Email contact@wemanagereviews.com. If you're unhappy with how we've handled it, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
