Google review management for tradespeople
You're on a roof, under a sink or halfway through a rewire when the review lands. We answer it, in your voice, so the next person searching "plumber near me" sees a business that picks up.
Why trades fall behind on reviews
You're booked on site all day
Reviews come in at 7pm when you're finishing up, not at a desk. By the weekend there are five, and by next month you've stopped looking.
One bad review costs real jobs
A single unanswered "no-show" or "charged more than quoted" review can sit at the top of your profile for months, read by everyone comparing quotes.
Homeowners check before they call
People let you into their homes. They read the reviews and your replies to work out whether you're tidy, honest and turn up when you say you will.
What a handled review looks like
An example of the kind of review that sits unanswered, and the reply we'd write after speaking to you.
"Job was done fine but he turned up an hour and a half late with no call, and left the drive a mess."
Example written for illustration. Because it's under 3 stars, we'd have rung you before posting it.

Trades: common questions
Do reviews matter for plumbers, electricians and builders?
Yes. Google says reviews are part of how prominent a business looks in local results, and homeowners use reviews to decide who to let into their home. Replies show how you handle problems, which is what most people are really checking.
How should a tradesperson reply to a bad review about pricing?
Stay calm and factual. Thank them, acknowledge the frustration, briefly explain what changed on the job (for example extra work found on the day) without arguing, and offer to talk it through offline. We always ring you first before replying to anything under 3 stars.
Can you mention the specific job in replies?
Yes, lightly, where it helps, like "glad the boiler's behaving" or "the new consumer unit", because it reads as genuine and helps the right searches. We never share addresses or personal details.
I'm a one-man band. Is this worth it?
It's often worth it most for sole traders, because you're the one on the tools all day. Essentials is £59 a month for one location, and the first week is free.
