A founder-led Google review management service in East London, part of SAL Digital. We reply to Google reviews for UK businesses so the owner doesn't have to.

Hi, I'm Syed.

I started We Manage Reviews after seeing the same thing on nearly every local business I worked with through my agency, SAL Digital: great work, good reviews, and nobody replying to any of them. Not because the owners didn't care. They were just busy doing the job.

Software doesn't fix that. It writes a draft, and the draft sits there waiting for someone to log in. So we took the other route: a small UK team, led by me, holding manager access and doing the whole job, in the owner's voice, with a phone call before anything under three stars.

I hold an MBA, I'm a CPD-certified digital marketer, and I'm certified in systems administration and Cyber Essentials, which matters when you're trusting someone with access to your Google profile. We only ever take manager access, never passwords.

  • We follow Google's review policies and the UK's DMCC Act: no fake reviews, no incentives, no review gating
  • We don't work with gambling, betting or alcohol-led businesses
